You will work one on one with our job seeker customers to identify their strengths, remove barriers, and guide them through tailored action plans toward becoming job ready.This is a dynamic role that blends relationship building, problem solving, and goal setting, while also fostering strong connections with employers, community organisations, and industry partners to create meaningful employment opportunities.What you'll be doing:Build strong, trusting relationships with customers to provide guidance, motivation and mentoring throughout their employment journeyIdentify customer goals, strengths and challenges,
