NRMA is seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative for the Contact Centre.
This full-time, hybrid role focuses on assisting roadside assistance calls, delivering calm, explicit support, and guiding members to quick resolutions.The role requires flexibility for a 5am-12am roster over 3 weeks, with training at Sydney Olympic Park and Gosford, and a commitment to live within 100km of Gosford.
