Opal HealthCare is seeking a creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the Meaningful Life program at Kardinia Parkside Care Community in Geelong.
This permanent full time role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a competitive hourly rate and superannuation.You will design resident engagement plans, mentor the care team, and work with clinical staff to enhance mobility, independence and overall quality of life for residents.
