Working under supervision, the role contributes to projects from concept through to detailed design, including road layouts, intersections, drainage, safety barriers, signage, line marking and 3D modelling.The role uses MicroStation and OpenRoads to develop designs, drawings and project documentation within agreed timeframes and budgets.
It applies road design and traffic engineering standards and supports Safe Systems principles to improve road safety.
The role also builds effective stakeholder relationships and prepares reports, briefs and technical advice.What we're looking for (Selection Criteria)You're Someone WhoYou're someone who works collaboratively, sharing information, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to achieving team goals.You're someone who delivers work effectively, prioritising tasks according to urgency and impact,
