In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients, trade network and internal project teams, ensuring accurate and timely assessments that support quality repair and construction outcomes.About the roleAttend site inspections across the Greater Brisbane region to scope insurance repair and construction worksAssess damage, prepare detailed scopes of work and cost estimatesLiaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters and trades to clarify requirements and expectationsReview plans, specifications and site conditions to ensure accurate costing and methodologyAbout youPrevious experience in a residential or commercial building estimating (insurance repair experience preferred)Robust knowledge of construction methods,
materials and trade ratesExcellent attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholdersSolid computer skills and experience with estimating or job management software (PRIME Ecosystem preferred)A current driver's license and Construction White CardYou are someone who takes pride in your work, values teamwork and brings a professional, customer-focused approach to every job.Why Watermark Constructions?
