Team Rehab Solutions is seeking a Community Care Dietitian to join the Sunshine Coast team on a part time basis.
You'll work with NDIS and Home Care clients, delivering home-based dietetic care in a supportive multidisciplinary setting.You'll collaborate with occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other dietitians, focusing on practical, personalised nutrition plans and ongoing service development across the Sunshine Coast region.
