This newly created role will help optimise our current RosterOn platform while supporting the transition to future workforce management solutions, including Optima.Working across Payroll, People & Culture, Digital and operational teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening systems, processes and technology that support effective workforce planning and rostering across a large and complex healthcare environment.Key responsibilitiesLead and develop a specialist workforce management systems team.Manage and optimise the RosterOn platform.Support strategic planning and preparation for future Optima implementation.Oversee system enhancements, upgrades and governance activities.Ensure workforce management systems support policy and industrial compliance requirements.Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.Lead stakeholder engagement, training and change adoption initiatives.Support workforce planning and operational rostering outcomes through technology solutions.About YouYou are an experienced workforce management professional who understands how technology, compliance and operational needs come together in a complex setting.You will bring:Leadership experience across workforce management, rostering or scheduling systemsStrong knowledge of RosterOn, Optima or equivalent platformsUnderstanding of award-driven rostering and workforce schedulingExperience delivering system upgrades, implementations or transformationStrong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skillsA demonstrated focus on team leadership,
