About the role
We're looking for a Work Health, Safety & Training Coordinator to join our Morningside team.
This is a hands-on role supporting our people and operations across WHS, training, compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate WHS inspections, audits and risk assessmentsSupport incident investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actionsManage employee and contractor training and competency recordsMonitor training compliance and liaise with training providersCoordinate toolbox talks and safety trainingMaintain WHS systems,



reporting and documentationSupport emergency preparedness and safety initiativesPromote a positive and practical safety culture
About you
Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety or equivalent2-5 years' experience in WHS, training or complianceKnowledge of Australian WHS legislationStrong communication, organisational and analytical skillsConfidence working with people at all levelsExperience with Microsoft Office and WHS systemsCurrent Driver's Licence
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE*****), First Aid, incident investigation experience, or experience in food manufacturing, seafood, logistics or warehousing will be highly regarded.
