You will conduct 1:1 interviews, screen and shortlist candidates, and extend offers while maintaining a proactive candidate pipeline.In this hybrid role, you will optimize our TeamTailor ATS, provide recruitment analytics, and collaborate with the team to achieve targets and strengthen the employer brand.
