This is a casual position offering flexibility and the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, professional dining environment.
As a Section Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service to our guests whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
This role is integral to ensuring our guests have an outstanding dining experience and reflects the quality and values that Glorietta & Glory Days is known for.What you'll be doingTaking food and beverage orders from guests and entering them into the point-of-sale system accuratelyServing food and beverages to guests in a qualified and courteous mannerMaintaining knowledge of menu items, ingredients,



and recommendations to assist guests with their selectionsClearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout your sectionResponding to guest requests and resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and discretionAssisting with table setup and breakdown as requiredEnsuring compliance with health and safety standards and restaurant policies at all timesWorking collaboratively with the kitchen team, bar staff and other servers to ensure seamless service deliveryHandling cash and card payments accurately and securelyWhat we're looking forPrevious experience working as a waiter or in a similar customer-facing hospitality roleStrong communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer serviceAbility to work efficiently in a busy environment whilst maintaining composure and professionalismSound knowledge of dining etiquette, food service procedures and beverage knowledgeExcellent organisational and multitasking abilitiesA positive attitude, reliability and commitment to punctualityPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays safelyFamiliarity with point-of-sale systems is advantageousFood handling and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification preferredWhat we offerWe offer a casual position that provides flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
