This is an exciting chance for an experienced supervisor, team leader or manager who enjoys developing people, creating accountability, and delivering outstanding service.While pharmacy experience is welcome, it isn't essential.
We're looking for someone with strong leadership capability, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to bring out the best in others.

You'll support, coach and develop team members, ensure high standards of customer service, coordinate rosters and workflows,



and help drive the overall success of the pharmacy.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time on the floor supporting your team, solving problems, managing priorities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time they visit.What You'll Be DoingLeading, coaching and motivating a team of retail staffCreating a positive, high-performing and accountable team cultureManaging day-to-day store operations and workflow prioritiesCoordinating team rosters and supporting workforce planningDelivering exceptional customer service standardsSupporting recruitment, onboarding and ongoing staff developmentAssisting with performance management, feedback and coaching conversationsMonitoring stock levels, merchandising and inventory managementEnsuring operational, quality and compliance standards are maintainedWorking closely with the Pharmacy Manager to achieve business and customer service goalsWhat You'll BringEssentialExperience leading, supervising or managing people in a customer-focused environmentProven ability to engage, motivate and develop team membersStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe confidence to have difficult conversations and hold people accountableA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSound computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quicklyHighly RegardedExperience in retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare or similar environmentsExperience with rostering, workforce planning or inventory managementCommunity pharmacy experience or a Certificate III/IV in Community PharmacyWhy Join UFS?
