SCHADS and employment requirementsMaintaining accurate and audit-ready HR documentationIdentifying and escalating workforce risks where requiredWorking closely with operational, recruitment, quality and compliance teamsAbout youYou will ideally have:Experience in HR, People & Culture or a similar advisory roleKnowledge of Fair Work, SCHADS and workforce complianceExperience with recruitment, onboarding and employee documentationStrong communication, organisation and judgementA relevant qualification in HR, Business, Industrial Relations or equivalent experienceExperience within the NDIS, disability or community services sector will be highly regarded.
