wellbeing and regulatory complianceAbout YouYou are an educator who values professionalism, creativity and a genuine love for early childhood.
You bring:Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)Minimum 3 years' experience in a long day care environmentStrong understanding of EYLF, NQS and child-centred learningExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to contribute positively to centre cultureCurrent Working With Children CheckCurrent First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificateUnderstanding of child protection legislationA warm, respectful and reflective approach to teachingWhat We OfferAt Big Little Futures, we invest in our team and celebrate growth.
