Reporting to the Field Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing diagnostics, repair and maintenance services to our customer's equipment in the field.
This role is perfect for someone focused on quality service, proactive problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service outcomes.Key Responsibilities IncludeDiagnose, service and repair Hitachi construction and earthmoving equipment in the fieldBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with our customer baseComplete and submit service reports and documentation in a timely mannerEnsure all work is completed in line with Hitachi's safety and quality standardsAbout YouRelevant trade qualification (Mobile Plant / Heavy Diesel Mechanic or equivalent)Current driver's licenseAbility to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issuesOEM or earthmoving equipment experience is highly regardedA customer-first mindset with strong communication skillsCommitment to safety,
