including assistance with lease rent reviewsMonitoring Accounts Receivable and professionally following up outstanding accountsCompleting bank and credit card reconciliations in Xero, investigating and resolving unreconciled transactionsAccurately coding transactions to the correct accounts, entities and GST treatmentMaintaining accurate supplier, customer and financial records, with supporting documentation attached in XeroAssisting with month-end close and audit or year-end requirementsA Little About You:Strong time management and organisational capabilitiesProactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and think creativelyExceptional attention to detail with a high standard of written and verbal communicationAt least 2 years' experience in a similar or related bookkeeping or finance administration roleStrong practical experience with Xero is essentialCertificate IV or higher qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping (Highly Desirable)Please note you must be an Australian citizen (or permanent resident), a New Zealand citizen or hold a current Australian Work Visa to apply.
