The goal of this role is to allow the Club Manager to focus on the larger picture (Membership sales, scheduling programs in advance, private event sales, etc.)



while the assistant handles the daily tasks such as running of programs and customer service.Overall ResponsibilitiesUnderstands all membership offerings and ways to play at The PicklrUnderstands and is able to run/train staff to run all core programs at The PicklrProficient with all club software programs (Playbypoint, Aircall, Hubspot, Wingfield, SWISH, etc.)Communicate with club manager, coaches, ambassadors, and front desk staffAssist with club cleaning and maintenanceComplete assigned Trainings on timeMeet with the club manager regularly to ensure club goals are being metQualificationsAbility to effectively and clearly explain memberships and programming offerings at The PicklrAbility to communicate effectively with team members, management and corporate teamAbility to organise and create program calendars and schedulesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environmentAbility to learn new software and train employeesProficient with basic computer software (Word, Sheets, Excel, Xero, etc.)Preferred customer service experience of 1-2 yearsPreferred knowledge of pickleball community and gameplayCertificationsFirst Aid / CPR / AEDRSAPolice CheckWWCCThe Picklr Corporate Certification (upon hire)
