This is a full-time position offering an exciting prospect to join a dynamic retail management team within one of Australia's premier shopping destinations.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance, leading our team, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience that reflects the luxury standards of our brands.
This position offers significant scope to develop your retail management expertise whilst contributing directly to the success of our store operations.Key responsibilitiesSupporting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and visual merchandisingLeading and supervising the sales team to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding customer service and brand standardsManaging staff scheduling, training, and performance development to build a motivated and skilled teamMonitoring sales targets and KPIs, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer loyaltyMaintaining store standards including visual displays, cleanliness,
