plating and presentationPreparing meals for dietary requirements when neededHelping with food storage and stock rotationAssisting our chefs with menu planning and food preparationSupporting apprentices and other kitchen team membersMaintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environmentWhat we're looking forAt least 1 year of experience in a commercial kitchenCertificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practicesA positive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work well in a team and during busy service periodsPride in producing quality food and maintaining high standardsReliable, hardworking and well presentedWhy join us?
