About the OpportunityJohn Paul College is seeking passionate and experienced Kindergarten OSHC Lead Educators to join our Outside School Hours Care team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for early childhood professionals with experience leading a team, who are ready to bring that leadership to the delivery of a high-quality educational program within our Kindy OSHC service.We have multiple casual positions available, with flexibility regarding shifts.
These shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 6am - 6pm.About the RoleWorking closely with the OSHC Educational Leader and Head of OSHC, you will help lead a team of educators, support compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law, and act as the Responsible Person for the service in the absence of the Head of OSHC.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and lead the implementation of the Educational Program in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)Lead, mentor and support educators within the Kindy OSHC teamAct as the Responsible Person for the service in the absence of the Head of OSHCProvide active supervision and support to ensure children's safety and wellbeingBuild positive, trusting relationships with children,
