We specialize in both pool shop retail and mobile pool maintenance and repairs.This diverse role incorporates our retail shop & back of house Administration.Role responsibilities include but not limited to:Daily business of the office and the retail area,some heavy lifting requiredUpgrade and upkeep of our quoting software including price checking and availabilityAccounts payable and receivableAnswering customer queries and processing customer ordersMaintaining the pool shop including stock management, merchandise presentations and shop cleanlinessConducting water analysis and interpretation to the customerSupporting field technicians and assisting with schedulingOther Ad hoc tasks as requiredThe ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in Retail Shop sales & Administration rolesExcellent skills and proficiency in computer operations & business systems including;Microsoft Office Suite,



Accounting packages including Xero, booking management systems including servicem8Excellent administration, data entry, data maintenance skills with an eye for detailPrevious experience in Xero accounting softwareStrong customer service skills both face to face and telephoneExcellent organisation and problem solving skillsA bright, friendly, professional personality & presentation with proactive attitudeA keen sense of initiative and demonstrated leadership skills & experienceStrong communication skills, written and verbalHigh levels of integrity and professionalism aligned with our valueWhat We Offer:Adaptable working days and hours ******* hours per week.Must be available for Saturday - Penalty Rates apply.Supportive, family-oriented work environment.If you want to turn up to work - We will teach you.
