Coordinate and maintain rosters for a large casual workforce across multiple departmentsSupport workforce planning for race days, hospitality activations, premium eventsLiaise with operational leaders to ensure staffing levels align with forecasted demandUtilise workforce management system, Humanforce, to create, maintain, and optimise rostersManage employee availability, shift confirmations, and workforce communicationsRespond to last-minute staffing changes and operational requirementsAssist with event-day workforce coordination and check-in processesEnsure rostering practices align with relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and company proceduresMore about youPrevious experience in workforce coordination, rostering, scheduling, labour planning, or staffingExperience managing high-volume casual workforces within hospitality, events,
