LangChain or Google ADKExperience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or AzureStrong understanding of APIs, microservices, testing, CI/CD and production supportAbility to explain design decisions, trade‐offs and failure scenarios clearlyAI experienceWe're particularly interested in engineers who have moved beyond prototypes and have built real production AI systems.Relevant experience could includeAgent orchestrationRetrieval and groundingPrompt and agent evaluationGuardrails and human oversightModel integrationObservability and regression testingAI-assisted software deliveryThe opportunityThis is a chance to work on enterprise‐scale AI engineering in an environment where Python, software engineering and production AI are all central to the role.You'll remain hands‐on while contributing to architecture, engineering standards and the evolution of AI‐enabled systems across the organisation.We are looking for both mid‐level and senior developers.
Salaries range between $160,000 - $240,000 plus bonus.3 days in the office per week.
