This role requires deep technical expertise across SailPoint, Radiator, and RSA Authentication Manager, combined with robust operational ownership in a 24/7 enterprise environment.The candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and escalation point for complex IAM issues, while contributing as an individual contributor for L3/L4 support, problem resolution, and service stability.Key Responsibilities:Act as SME for SailPoint (IIQ/ISC), Radiator RADIUS, and RSA Authentication ManagerProvide hands-on L3/L4 support for incident, problem, and service request ticketsDrive deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and long-term fixesSupport solution validation, integration troubleshooting, and performance tuningOwn and manage critical incidents and major incident calls (MIM)Ensure adherence to SLA-driven ticket resolution and service stabilityPerform proactive monitoring, health checks,



and issue prevention activitiesContribute to runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge management artifactsEngage with stakeholders, security teams, and application ownersProvide clear, proactive, and timely communications during incidents and escalationsAct as technical point of contact for service delivery and escalationsRequired Skills and Experience:Core IAM & Authentication TechnologiesStrong hands-on experience in:SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)Radiator RADIUS ServerRSA Authentication ManagerProven experience in L3/L4 support and problem ticket resolution as an Individual ContributorStrong capability in incident handling, RCA, and system troubleshootingExperience in production support environments for critical security servicesIAM Functional KnowledgeStrong understanding of Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver)Access provisioning & de-provisioningAuthentication and MFA workflowsRBAC / governance conceptsLead technical delivery with people management responsibilitiesAct as primary escalation point for the teamDrive stability, resilience, and continuous improvement across IAM servicesMaintain high service quality in a mission-critical environmentContact: for more details.Please note we will be able to contact only shortlisted candidates for this role.
