The Sporting Globe is seeking a Head Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen at our Surfers Paradise venue on the Gold Coast.
You will take ownership during major event days, delivering consistent, quality food even when crowds are large and energetic.
Work closely with the Venue Manager and leadership team to manage food costs, labour, stock and kitchen performance, while upholding safety and standards.
