Programmed Energy & Resources is seeking an experienced Mining Account Manager to lead delivery of workforce contracts across Bowen Basin mine sites.
The role includes site leadership, 5/2 roster with accommodation on swing, and potential expansion to 7/7 and business development.
You will build relationships with customers and site leaders, manage day-to-day delivery, ensure rosters are filled, and monitor safety and performance while supporting employees on site.
