We're building the infrastructure layer that connects payments, claiming, and coverage, directly into the software providers already use.

We're starting with Australia's allied health system.

The role
We're building HaltH's growth engine from first principles.
This is not a role where you inherit a machine.
This is a role where you build the machine.
This role blends:
Product thinking
Commercial instinct
Relentless execution
You will:
Drive growth across acquisition, activation, retention,



and monetisation
Run real experiments, not theatre, across channels, onboarding, lifecycle, and pricing
Work directly with product and engineering to turn insight into shipped product
Help design and scale GTM motions across providers, partners, and end-users
Identify exactly where things break, and fix them
Build clarity into growth, so everyone knows what's working and what isn't
You'll be close to the numbers, the product, and the customer.
Always.
And critically, you actually care about the problem.
Healthcare is messy.
Fragmented.
Full of friction.
That's exactly why it's worth solving.

That means:
Turning experiments into repeatable loops
Turning channels into systems
Turning product + GTM into something that feeds itself
What you'll do
Run experiments, measure properly, and act fast
Build visibility into performance, no hiding behind noise
Work with product to shape what gets built, not just react to it
Help scale provider and partner acquisition
Improve onboarding, activation, and retention continuously
Contribute to pricing, packaging,



and monetisation decisions
What you bring
We don't optimise for years.
We optimise for capability and trajectory.
You likely have:
Experience in growth, GTM, revenue, or commercial roles in a startup or scale-up
Hands-on exposure to at least one real growth channel
Strong instincts around funnels, behaviour, and experimentation
Experience working with product, engineering, or sales
A bias toward action, you ship more than you talk
If you're more experienced, you may also have:
Owned and scaled growth channels end-to-end
Built systems from zero to one
Led initiatives, or people
Strong commercial judgment across pricing, incentives, or partnerships
And importantly:
You care about real growth, not optics
You're comfortable in ambiguity, and move anyway
You take ownership without being asked
You want to be in the work, not above it

Location
This is a full-time, in-office role in Sydney (Surry Hills).
