We are seeking a driven Manager or Senior Manager to join our cooperative Financial Services Tax team in Melbourne.

This is a hybrid position based in Melbourne.

Your key responsibilities
As aManageror Senior Manager, you will take ownership of client engagements while supporting the development of our people and broader practice.
Provide Australian income tax advisory and compliance services to clients in banking, wealth management, asset management,superannuationand insurance sectors
Advise a portfolio of financial services clients on complex tax matters,



including compliance,provisionsand strategic tax advice
Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to business development
Lead,coachand develop team members, ensuring high-quality delivery while supporting capability uplift across the team
Skills and attributes for success
To succeed in this role, you will bring stro ng technical capability combined with leadership, commercial acumen and a strategic mindset.
Financial services industry experience with Australian corporate tax and/or fund tax exposure, ideally gained in professional services or industry
Strong leadership capability, withdemonstratedability to influence, develop and inspire others
Commercial mindset with the ability to build and grow client relationships
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability tooperatebeyond day-to-day technical delivery
Ideally, you'll also have the below, but don't worry if you don't tick every box:
Experience managing multiple complex engagements and delivering high-quality client outcomes
Strong client-facing skills with the confidence to lead discussions and present technical matters clearly
