Babylon Sydney is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in a high-volume, contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant with Australian influence.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen during service, maintain food quality and presentation, coach junior chefs, manage stock and ensure safety standards while staying calm under pressure in a fast-paced workplace.
