You will shape the usability and interface quality of digital experiences, embedding in delivery squads and aligning with product direction.
Requirements include 5+ years designing end-to-end digital products, fluency in Figma, and experience with discovery, usability testing and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA).
Proactive collaboration and AI-enabled design are valued.
