Xero is seeking an Engineering Manager for Applied AI in Sydney.
You will lead the Internal AI Accelerator, shaping strategy and delivery of agentic AI workflows that reduce toil and accelerate decision-making.
You will collaborate with G&A;, Finance, P&C;, IT, and product teams to create reusable AI patterns and governance frameworks that endure beyond your tenure.
You will work in a hybrid mode with core office days in Sydney, reporting to Engineering Leadership.
