SRG Global is seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements for our Asset Services division.
This is a permanent full-time role based out of our offices in our Wattleup office.
We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members.
Duties and Responsibilities
Mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
Client liaison and engagement.
Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.
Assist Site Superintendent with adhoc tasks
Essential and Desirable Skills
Proven experience in a similar role (must have)




Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew)
Good communication skills both verbally and in written correspondence
