(Target Operating Model)
Strongbusiness analysis capability (primary focus – *****%)




OperatingModel knowledge and experience ( Lead (as BA role with allocated Service) future‐stateprocess and operating model design, build and embed activities includingprocess mapping, workshops, accountability models (e.g. RASCI), andalignment to value chains or capabilities)
Technical& data awareness (40%)- Act as a bridge between business intent and solutiondelivery, supporting translation of TOM requirements into solution‐levelconsiderations
