The Prospect:
At Newcastle Anglican, we're seeking an experienced leader to drive growth and transformation across our Allied Health services while maintaining our commitment to high-quality care.
Role & Responsibilities:
Lead our multi-disciplinary Allied Health team and develop a commercial 2-year growth strategy
Expand clinical services across regions and identify new revenue opportunities
Collaborate with Finance on optimal funding models to increase profitability
Establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers
Implement process improvements to enhance client experience and team efficiency
About you:




Proven commercial leadership experience in Healthcare, Aged Care or Social Services
Strong business acumen with track record of meeting growth targets
Ability to translate financial data into strategic business decisions
Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Tertiary qualifications in Management, Business or related field
