Job Description Supervisor - Rail Construction Operations Location: Wolseley, SA.

The Opportunity Coordinate rail construction crews, equipment and daily work in South Australia.
This full-time role follows a 10:4 DIDO roster and focuses on productive delivery within agreed cost, time and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities • Organise crews, plant, machinery and materials for planned works.
• Supervise site quality, progress and compliance.
• Deliver crew work commitments within approved budgets.
• Plan upcoming activities and arrange resources.
• Apply operational policies and safe work procedures.
Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements • Experience in rail or construction operations.
• A demonstrated record supervising work crews.
• Understanding of the factors affecting delivery quality and productivity.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong people management and a focus on reliable outcomes.
