What you will do:
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with adult clients in the northern and western suburbs, helping them gain independence, achieve their goals, and improve their quality of life.
Your role will include:
Conducting assessments and delivering evidence-based tailored to each client's needs
Providing caregiver coaching and education to support long-term progress
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes
Participating in supervision, team meetings, and case conferences

About you:
Be passionate for enhancing the skills and independence of clients with disabilities.
Have outstanding assessment and evidence-based Occupational Therapy intervention skills.
Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent with full AHPRA registration
A valid, unrestricted driver's licence & reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle for community visits
You hold (or are willing to obtain) a police check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), & qualified indemnity insurance
You have excellent communication skills & an ability to work collaboratively in a team.
An open-minded attitude, as well as a flexible & approachable manner
The ability to think outside the box and use initiative to solve problems and improve services.
Experience in the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded.
