About the role The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and distribution of aircraft parts and materials in accordance with regulatory, safety, and quality requirements.
The role ensures full traceability of components, maintains stock accuracy, supports engineering and maintenance teams, and upholds compliance with aviation regulations such as CASA, EASA, FAA, and internal quality standards.
What you'll do The Warehouse Operator will train in various areas over time and be responsible for the following duties as well as any additional duties as assigned by management per business needs.
Areas will include:
Inventory training will be provided.
Education Senior Secondary Certificate of Education Forklift certified desired (or wiliness to learn) Dangerous Goods awareness or certification preferred Secure Work Australia, or Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Understanding of aircraft parts certification requirements preferred Knowledge of lean/5S practices Strong problem-solving approach Safety conscious and efficiency focused Customer focused mindset Computer savvy Proactive with great organisational skills and ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment Great communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical workplace with high integrity and commitment to compliance PI7a*****fcbf****************
