The Opportunity Provide senior commercial support to a growing Western Australian infrastructure operation.
You will work with commercial leadership to manage complex contracts from procurement and negotiation to completion, while guiding less experienced administrators.
Your Responsibilities • Draft and negotiate head contracts and subcontracts and manage notices, variations and payment claims.
• Track contractual milestones and maintain reliable commercial records.
• Coordinate procurement registers, supplier awards, cash flow and cost controls.
• Identify construction risks and support dispute avoidance.
• Work with legal advisers and operational stakeholders to resolve complex matters.
• Mentor contract administrators and improve commercial processes.
Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements • A bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
• At least seven years in a commercial position within a large organisation.
• Sound construction law, turnkey contract and commercial risk knowledge.
• Competence with business systems and improving transactional processes.
• Strong written communication, negotiation, initiative and collaborative leadership.
• Commitment to workplace safety and environmental responsibilities.
