This is a hands-on opportunity to work across complex software licensing, compliance and optimisation initiatives, with exposure to major software vendors and an established ServiceNow environment.

reporting and automationAbout you5+ years' experience across IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management or software licensing3+ years' hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, ideally ITAM/SAM/SAM ProDemonstrated experience with software entitlements, licence reconciliation and complianceExperience with licence optimisation, reclamation and renewal activitiesExposure to major software publishers and enterprise licensing modelsStrong reporting, data analysis and stakeholder management capabilityServiceNow SAM/ITAM certifications highly regardedThis is a strong chance for an experienced SAM professional to work within a complex enterprise environment, combining hands-on ServiceNow work with licensing, commercial optimisation and continuous improvement.Only Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents will be considered for this position.
