The Opportunity Lead as-built document coordination and close-out for an infrastructure delivery team based in Albion.
Your Work • Maintain controlled registers, databases, correspondence and document workflows.
• Coordinate preparation, review, approval and distribution of design, as-built and project records.
• Check submissions against client and quality requirements.
• Manage versions, transmittals, confidentiality, storage and archiving across partner organisations.
• Train and coach project users in document-control systems and processes.
Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements • Relevant business-administration or related qualification, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated document-control experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure.
• Robust records-management and document-system experience, including InEight TeamBinder.
• Understanding of project processes, assurance requirements and effective document-control practices.
