What does the job look like?
Linfox's Intermodal business unit is currently seeking an Operations Processing Coordinator to join the team located in Chullora NSW.
As a part of this role, you will be responsible for processing driver run sheets on Kronos, uploading POD's and processing local company and subcontractor driver payments weekly, amongst other administrative tasks.
We currently have a permanent full-time opportunity available working Monday to Friday starting at 9am.
Key areas: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, POD's and compliance.




Providing administrative support to our Operations/Admin/Support teams daily Utilising Kronos to process driver hours for payment Organise and liaise with various carriers managing loads travelling via sea Are you the one?
Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
Previous knowledge within the transport industry.
Ability to work autonomously and provide timely, protected and effective service Strong work ethic with a passion for the industry and commitment to continuous improvement.
Experience using Blue Yonder, SAP with people of diverse genders, ages, religions, abilities, sexual orientations and cultures (including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples) encouraged to apply.
