Responsibilities: Lead and develop a nationally dispersed high-performing People Services team, fostering capability, collaboration and service excellence.
Drive continuous improvement,



automation, and simplification of people processes to enhance efficiency and the employee experience.
Partner with the HR Systems team to maximise adoption and value from SAP SuccessFactors, leveraging technology to reduce manual activity and increase employee and manager self-service.
Lead and deliver strategic People a culture that creates the highest quality, cutting-edge products, long-lasting relationships, and improved organisational and individual capabilities.
