Western Power is seeking a Talent & Development Advisor in Perth for a 6-month fixed-term period, to partner with leaders and People Business Partners.
You will design and deliver enterprise-wide talent, learning and employee experience programs, supporting succession, performance and development initiatives to strengthen capability.
You will facilitate workshops, develop resources and leverage HR tech while analyzing data to drive improvements across people initiatives.
