Build and operate the multi-tenant agentic runtime for Agent360
Own observability, evals and guardrails across our LLM call paths
Integrate with Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry and selected open-weight models
Codify patterns into reusable platform primitives for product teams
What we're looking for
Robust Node.js and TypeScript
Production experience with at least one major LLM provider (Bedrock, OpenAI, Azure AI, Anthropic API)
Comfort with vector stores (Pinecone, pgvector) and RAG architectures
Familiarity with OpenLLMetry, LangSmith or similar LLM observability tooling
