Dhelkaya Health in regional Victoria is seeking a motivated Grade 1 or 2 Exercise Physiologist to join our Ambulatory Care team.
Deliver evidence-based Exercise Physiology services across home, hospital and centre-based settings with tailored interventions and client education.
You will work with a broad range of health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients, families and carers, contributing to musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiac and older persons programs.
