A day in the life As a Senior Performance Specialist, you'll manage and optimise multiple performance campaigns across Google Ads and Paid Social, working across Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Meta.
You'll stay close to the data, keeping an eye on GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and measurement to make sure every campaign decision is backed by reliable insights.
Working across performance-led clients, including fast-moving live entertainment and event campaigns, you'll need to be comfortable with pace.
Budgets shift, creative changes and new opportunities can happen quickly — you'll spot what's changing, take ownership and act without waiting to be told.
From campaign builds and tracking through to optimisation, testing, reporting and recommendations, you'll own campaigns end-to-end while working closely with the wider team and client leads to drive performance.
1. Key Skills • Strong understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Experience across Google Ads, Paid Social, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Key Tasks • Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Search, Performance Max, YouTube and Paid Social.
• Monitor performance, budgets and pacing, identifying opportunities to improve results.
• Lead reporting and performance analysis using Google Ads, GA4 and Looker Studio.
• Develop client-ready reports, presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with client leads and specialists to deliver integrated strategies.
• Support and mentor junior team members.
3. Understanding Involvement • Take ownership of campaign performance and proactively identify issues and opportunities.

4. Account Management Reporting • Manage forecasts, budgets and campaign spend.
• Deliver clear, accurate and actionable reporting.
• Communicate performance and recommendations confidently to clients.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across reporting and documentation.
Qualifications • 4+ years in paid search / performance media (agency or fast-paced client-side) • Demonstrated success in Performance Max, CPA/ROAS Based campaigns • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, customer journeys, and lead generation • Comfortable managing client relationships and presenting strategies • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail • Google Ads and Analytics certifications highly regarded • Exposure to Paid Social, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and Criteo platforms preferred
