Female Support Worker Grafton, NSW Urgent Opportunity Casual / Ongoing Support We are currently seeking an experienced Female Support Worker to provide in-home support to an 18-year-old female participant with complex support needs in the Grafton region, NSW .
This is an urgent prospect, with the participant looking to commence support as soon as possible.
About the Role Location: Grafton region, NSW Female Support Worker required 46 hours per day, 5 days per week In-home support Ongoing opportunity Participant has sufficient NDIS funding available for the required supports Immediate commencement preferred About You The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience supporting participants with complex support needs Be compassionate,



patient and reliable Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Be confident working independently in a home-based environment Be committed to providing person-centred and respectful support Be available for regular weekday shifts Requirements Previous experience in disability/complex support Relevant qualifications and NDIS-related clearances as required Current NDIS Worker Screening Check Working with Children Check , where applicable First Aid CPR Valid driver's licence and reliable transport preferred
