You will guide employees across site, providing coaching and practical support to help them succeed and develop their careers.
The ideal candidate is Indigenous Australian, holds a current driver's licence, and has at least 3 years' mentoring or coaching experience.
We offer a permanent full time role, a Fortnightly pay cycle, and an 8:6 FIFO roster to support project delivery.
