The Opportunity Manage daily rail and civil construction operations in South Australia.
This full-time site role follows a 10:4 DIDO roster and combines workforce leadership, operational coordination and delegated engineering support.
Your Responsibilities • Supervise construction teams and allocate plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Plan works to achieve programme and budget commitments.
• Resolve site engineering issues and support scoping and tender activities.
• Manage safety, environmental, quality and rail compliance controls.
• Oversee timesheets, workforce competencies, leave and development.
• Maintain reports on progress, costs, quality and contractual delivery.
Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements • Relevant Track Safe Working certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Rail track,



signalling and overhead wiring construction experience.
• Experience developing renewal methods and supervising track activities.
• Solid planning and programming of track works.
• Experience managing substantial site and off-site workforces.
• Medical fitness for rail maintenance duties under the Level 1 High Level Safety Critical Worker classification.
• A C-class driver licence and First Aid training are preferred.
