Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.
The Opportunity Lead bulk earthworks on a regional rail construction programme.
The role uses a 2:1 DIDO roster with accommodation; relocation support may apply under the employer's policy for a move within an hour of the project area.
Your Work • Direct engineers, supervisors and construction teams to deliver safe, quality works on time and within budget.
• Prepare construction plans and completion schedules and monitor progress against baseline targets.
• Improve construction methods, material processing and operational productivity.
• Coordinate subcontractors and build effective client, community and delivery relationships.
• Maintain robust cost and revenue forecasts, commercial risk controls and team performance.
Requirements Skills, Education and Requirements • Degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related discipline.
• Experience with a major contractor and civil, earthworks, road or rail infrastructure delivery.
• Knowledge of material processing, crushing, screening or blasting.




• Ability to lead roster-based remote works and work effectively to tight deadlines.
• Strong programme, financial and stakeholder management and understanding of HSEQ systems.
