VR GP Clinical Supervisor – West Bundaberg, QLD Established Medical Centre 70% of Billings $200/hr Minimum Guarantee Flexible Hours West Bundaberg Medical Centre is seeking an experienced Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (VR GP) to join our established practice in Bundaberg West.
This is an opportunity for a GP who wants to combine clinical practice with the supervision and mentoring of junior doctors/GP registrars , while working in a long-established community medical centre with strong local demand.
The opportunity 70% of gross billings $200/hour minimum guarantee for the first 3 months – whichever is higher Flexible part-time or full time arrangements Minimum 2.5 days per week on-site Opportunity to increase sessions if desired No weekend requirement Established patient base Experienced nursing, reception and practice-management team Modern computerised practice AGPAL accredited Located directly opposite Bundaberg Base Hospital Strong opportunity for an experienced GP interested in clinical supervision and teaching The clinical role You will have the autonomy to manage your own patients while being supported by an experienced practice team.
The practice provides comprehensive general practice services across a broad community patient population, including preventive health, chronic disease management, acute presentations, health assessments and routine general practice.
The practice has been serving the Bundaberg community for decades and has an established patient base, including multigenerational families.
Supervision leadership A key component of this position is providing on-site clinical supervision for at least 2.5 days per week .

The practice West Bundaberg Medical Centre is an established community practice with: 6 consulting rooms 3 treatment rooms Experienced practice management Registered nursing support Reception/administrative support AGPAL accreditation Monday–Friday operation Convenient West Bundaberg location opposite Bundaberg Base Hospital The practice is currently operating as a bulk-billing medical centre , providing accessible care to the local community.
